Delivery Information

Free delivery from €100

We deliver orders from €100 free of charge at your home or at work. For smaller orders, shipping costs €15. If you are not at home, the package will be delivered to your neighbours from Monday to Friday GLS asks a neighbour if they can accept the parcel for you. If no neighbour can accept your parcel, GLS will take the parcel back to the depot (distribution centre). To some European countries we can not ship for free, we will charge € 40 for eastern European countries, some south Euopean countries and shipping to some islands. You will see the extra shipping cost on the checkout page. We do not ship to Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Reunion, Mayotte.

GLS will then wait for further instructions from you to organise a second delivery attempt. GLS driver leaves a notification card. It holds key information such as the neighbour’s name or redirection options. If you don't take action GLS will undertake a second delivery attempt

Delivery time: ordered before 9:00 p.m. delivered at home within 48 hours within the European Union

The expected delivery time is indicated for each product on the product page. Often we have the products in stock and if you order and pay before 9:00 p.m. from Monday to Thursday, you can expect your order within 48 hours. For orders on Saturday and Sunday you will have your order at home on Tuesday or Wednesday.

When paying by bank transfer the shipment takes an extra working day. You can also have your order delivered to your workplace. Your order will be sent all in one time. The product with the longest delivery time determines how long you will have to wait for your order.

Arrange delivery options for second delivery attempt online!

If the parcel cannot be delivered to the specified delivery address, the GLS driver leaves a notification card. It holds key information such as the neighbour’s name or redirection options. On the notification card is a number, the "Track ID". The Track ID is particularly important if GLS took your parcel back to the depot. Then you can use the number to redirect the parcel online. This means, you can decide yourself what happens next. You will receive an email from GLS with a link so you can choose the following options:

1. A second parcel delivery attempt to the originally-specified address – you select the day.
2. Parcel delivery to another address of your choice. (+ 24 h).
3. Collect the parcel yourself at the depot. The parcel remains in the depot and is available for collection for 7 days. There is no new parcel delivery attempt.
4. Delivery to the same address on a specific date (four dates following the date of sending are available)
5. Delivery to a new address (+ 24 hours)
6. Delivery to a chosen Point Relais®

We will keep you informed throughout the shipment process

As soon as the order has been shipped, we will send you an email about this. This email contains a track & trace code so that you can follow the order.
