Return free of charge within 14 days

Not satisfied with the products ordered? That's unfortunate, but we will gladly fix that for you. You can return any product free of charge within 14 days of receipt of the product(s), no questions asked. This is subject to the condition that the products are returned to us in their original condition and packaging (where reasonably possible). This leaves you free to view the product as you would in-store. In the event of visible traces of use, missing accessories or missing packaging, you will no longer be entitled to a refund of the full purchase price. In this case, you will be refunded a maximum of 75% of the purchase price.

In order to cancel your order, you are required to notify us of your decision in writing (e.g. by post or email). You can use the available example cancellation form for this purpose, but are not obliged to do so. In order to comply with the cancellation period, it is necessary to submit your notice of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired (14 days).

Cancellation

If you cancel your order, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different method of shipping other than the cheapest standard shipping offered by us) immediately and no later than 7 days after we have been notified of your decision to cancel your order. You will be refunded by bank transfer.

Guarantee

Repair or replacement covered by the warranty is free of charge. The warranty conditions of the manufacturers of the product(s) will be adhered to. There is a minimum of a one-year warranty on our products under normal use. If you experience problems with a product that you have bought from us within this time, we will attend to this as soon as possible. You can expect a result within at least two weeks.

Refund within 7 days

We will refund the full purchase price within 7 days after you have indicated that you wish to cancel your order. In the meantime, however, the product must have been returned to us. You will be refunded in Euros, even if you have paid with Bitcoins.

The return policy described above applies only to private individuals.

How do I return my products?

You can return your product(s) free of charge at any DPD collection point in your area. This allows you to return your package quickly and easily. Follow the steps below:

  • Contact us first to indicate that you wish to return the product(s).
  • Pack the product in its original packaging, together with all accessories, and include the delivery note. Write the reason for returning the product on the delivery note.
  • Apply the DPD shipping label that was mailed to you.
  • Take the package to your nearest DPD collection point and have the label scanned there.
  • We will deposit the refund due to you into your bank account within 7 working days.
