Warranty

All items that you buy from us are covered by the statutory warranty. The statutory warranty means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. Some products also have a manufacturer's warranty. This warranty does not affect the statutory warranty.

Repair or replacement within the warranty is free of charge. We follow the warranty conditions of the manufacturers of the product. In any case, we provide a one-year warranty on our products with normal use. Any additional warranty offered by the seller does not affect the statutory warranty. If you have any problems with a product that you bought from us within this period, we will resolve this as quickly as possible. You can expect a solution within two weeks at the latest.
